Dutch Pancakes

Dutch pancakes with baked apple

For the batter, mix some whole milk, an egg, wheat flour, a pinch of salt and lots of cinnamon. Don't forget that pinch of salt! For the guests, I often add some unwhipped cream as well. After all, they are on vacation. In a small frying pan, melt some butter and add the batter three times to bake into a golden brown pancake. Use real butter and not that unhealthy, lean, fake crap.

For the topping, cut one apple into slices per person. Add some cinnamon to this (I often add sugar for the guests too). You melt some butter in a pan and fry a handful of unsalted nuts in advance. Then add the apple and bake it all golden brown. You can do all of this on the pancake with a big dollop of raw local honey (don't buy that stuff from the supermarket).

Breakfast burrito

In a bowl, beat an egg with some Celtic sea salt and Mexican herbs and cayenne pepper. Finally, add a handful of grated cheese and mix it into a mixture. Melt butter and olive oil in a frying pan and add your egg mixture to the pan. You immediately put a small tortilla on top. Let the egg simmer and then turn the tortilla over and turn off the heat.

Bake 100 grams of chicken breast per person with tex mex herbs, a little bit of red and green bell pepper and some red onion chips. Once cooked, spread it over the tortilla and spread a handful of grated cheese over it before folding the tortilla in half and placing it under the grill until the cheese melts. Serve the tortilla with Shriraza sauce and half an avocado with sea salt.

Healthy kickstart

Pop 250 low-fat cottage cheese into a bowl. Make sure to fill the rim of the bowl with fruit you like. Banana, mandarin, strawberry, raspberry, and blackberries are my favorite. Top it off with raw honey and a handful of unroasted nuts and enjoy. Simple, but oh so good
